At Convergent Radio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy.
Returns
- You may return defective or non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be returned in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, with all manuals and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Any shipping charges paid, including return shipping, are not refundable.
Order Inspection
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We will inspect all returned products upon receipt. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved.
Refunds
- If approved, we automatically refund to your original payment method.
- Allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- If exchanging for a product of equal or lesser value, the price difference is refunded. If exchanging for a higher-value product, the difference is charged.
Exclusions
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
- Software, activation codes, or SIM cards are non-returnable once activated.
