At Convergent Radio, we are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent 30-day return and exchange policy in accordance with Canadian consumer standards.
Returns
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be new, unused, and returned in the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Returns must be authorized prior to shipping.
- Returns can be made by post.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Return Shipping
- For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Convergent Radio will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after approval.

Refunds

- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
