Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day. Handling time is typically 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

After an order is processed and dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the destination within Canada. Estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit time. Transit time after dispatch is typically 3–6 business days, depending on province and carrier service. Delivery times shown on Google Shopping reflect the same handling and transit times stated in this Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs are determined by destination province or territory and are charged at fixed, destination-based rates as listed below.

Free shipping is available on orders over CAD $100. Orders under CAD $100 are charged a destination-based flat rate.
